My new pressure cooker

Once the explosion apprehension of my new pressure cooker passed, I finally used it to make a  "pot au feu"  which is boiled beef with vegetables : carrots, leeks, celery and potatoes.

In the cooker bottom I've covered of water the meat, then I added all the vegetables and 2 onions with cloves then the thyme and laurel and finally salt and pepper.

After 1:30 hour cooking we had a very good "pot au feu" served with a french dressing with parsley.
